over the holiday weekend, causing her
vehicle’s tires to explode. Is she okay?

way home from a screening of her latest film, Unbroken .
Angelina Jolie Involved In Car Crash After
‘Unbroken’ Screening
Angelina Jolie may be getting Oscar buzz for Unbroken ,
but her car was getting bust, after the film’s screening on the
evening of Sunday, Nov. 30.
The actress and mother-of-six was being chauffeured home
from the Writers’ Guild Theater in Beverly Hills in a
black SUV when the vehicle skid on the wet road,
resulting in a near-devastating crash, according to an
eyewitness report.
The SUV reportedly hit the curb so hard that two tires
exploded, and the driver almost lost control on the slippery
pavement. How scary!

“The car slammed into the curb at a significant speed,” the
eyewitness said. “Angelina must have wondered if they hit
another car. It was pretty bad — the tire exploded and it’s
amazing nothing worse happened to the car. I wouldn’t be
surprised if she has whiplash.”
Thankfully, Angelina, who was dressed in a gorgeous
cream coat, was picked up soon after the accident (not by
Brad Pitt !) so she’s okay.
We’re so glad that Angie isn’t seriously hurt, and hope she’s
recovering from the traumatic incident with her family.

Barcelona striker Lionel Messi was struck by a bottle as he
celebrated Sergio Busquets' late winner against Valencia on
Sunday night.
Busquets hammered home in the final minute as Barcelona
took all three points with a 1-0 win, but as Messi celebrated
on the ground with his teammate he appeared to be hit on the
head by a projectile thrown from the crowd.
Messi then protested to the referee, but was booked for his
trouble before the final whistle was blown.
The Spanish FA are likely to look into the incident, but no

Two female suicide bombers have attacked
Maiduguri again near a market where they
killed several people last week.

SaharaReporters learns that the two female
bombers carried the explosives in the back of their
hijab dress, arrived a hair braiding salon and blew
themselves up as a female civilian-JTF operatives
made to search them.

After it surfaced last week that coach Stephen Keshi
would have his contract with the Super Eagles
extended, it was provided how much the Big Boss
would earn.
Keshi’s last contract with the NFF which ended after the
2014 FIFA World Cup tournament was at N5million per
month.
And one of the reasons why a deal failed to be brokered
since then was the haggling over the price he wanted to be
paid.
While the previous NFF board were said to have been
insistent on retaining the N5million price-tag that he was
paid, some reports claimed that Keshi wanted N10million,
which stalled the deal.
But with the turn of events of late, and also the
intervention of government which saw Keshi brought back
after he was dismissed in October, a truce seems to have
been reached.
Keshi will now earn N7million per month, which will
culminate into N84million by the time the contract expires
next year.

Erstwhile President, Olusegun Obasanjo has tasked
Nigerian youths to embrace the responsibility of fighting for
the country.
The former president stated that the generation before his
fought for the country’s independence while his generation
fought for Nigeria’s unity, adding that the present generation
is burdened with the onus of ensuring that the democracy of
the Nigeria is stable
While speaking at the 100th-year anniversary of Ijero
Baptist Church in Lagos on Sunday, 30 November,
Obasanjo implored Nigeria’s youths to actively contribute to
nation building, rather than blame previous generations for
the Nigeria’s wholesome decadent state.
Obasanjo stated: “Recently, a son of my friend looked at
everything around him and got angry and went to meet his
dad who is my age mate. He told his father that our
generation is a lost one. The father did not pay him any
attention so he came to meet me.”
“He told me what he told his father and justified it by telling
me that he went to the university and graduated but got no
job. So, our generation has failed him. So I told him that
it is normal because that was how we used to blame the
generation before us.”
“But I told him that the generation before mine was the
one that fought for our independence. Whichever way we
want to criticise them, they gave us independence. Then my
generation which you say is not good, fought the civil war.
We fought for the unity of Nigeria and if we did not do
so, you probably would need a visa to travel to Kano or
Port Harcourt. Not only that but that generation also
established the foundation of democracy.”
“So what do you claim your generation has achieved? It is
part of it. We have seen what successive leaders of each
generation have done, what can we say about you? What
can we say about your generation?”
