You all at one time must have heard about the popular web hosting and domain registration company "DOMAINKING". Yes, we will attest that they may have provided quality services.

The question is, are they still keeping the trend.

In the past few days, we've received complaints from various clients of domain king about poor customer service, down times and issues with updating of domain dns records. Various users have 

complained about such issues, and nothing has been done about their problems. This trend commenced from the 4th of february and it is on record that their support teams on their various

platforms have been mute and have not responded to any of the clients complaints. Clients have also claimed that they have raised various support tickets and up till now, they haven't been given a single reply of assurance or information on what is going on.

We've all had our fair share of complaints, but if i may ask, when will our own local web hosting and 

domain providers become reliable. I do not blame web masters who patronize top-level international domain providers and webhost companies. I won't mention names before it'll be tagged that this post was created to soil the name of domain king. Please take a good look at this before you draw conclusions.

They should do something about their customers complaints or risk losing customers,

We are encouraged to oatronize "OUR OWN" so please learn to improve the quality of your services.

Customer service should be one of the things every company should take seriously.
