1 after writing on Facebook that Malia, 16, and Sasha
Obama , 13 “should try showing a little class” was reportedly
arrested when she was a teenager for shoplifting. Is this an

Who Dissed Obama Girls Has Criminal
Past
Elizabeth was reportedly arrested in 2000 for stealing from
a Belk department store in her North Carolina hometown,
according to the Smoking Gun .

Because it was her first offense, she qualified for her
district court’s deferred prosecution program. Luckily for
Elizabeth, all charged were eventually dismissed.
We wonder if she was ever slammed for her
normal teenage behavior, similar to how she told President
Barack Obama ‘s daughters to learn dressing like they
“deserve respect and not a spot at the bar.”
Sasha & Malia Obama’s Facebook Attack:
Elizabeth Lauten Apologizes
In a lengthy Facebook post, Elizabeth demanded the
girls show more “class” and said their appearance at
President Obama’s annual Thanksgiving Pardon on Nov.
27 looked more like they were waiting for a “spot in a bar”
as opposed to attending a presidential appearance.
After receiving a lot of backlash, Elizabeth posted an
apology on Facebook . She also resigned as the
communications director for Rep. Stephen Fincher of
Tennessee.
This is why it’s never cool to criticize anyone. No one is
perfect.
