Finally:Meek Mill Released After Serving 5 Months In Jail For Breaking Probation

He’s a free man! Five months
after being jailed for failing to follow his
probation because it conflicted with his
tour schedule, Meek Mill walked free.
Meek Mill , 27, received early parole and became a free
man once again on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 2. Hopefully,
the rapper will comply with the post-jail sentence agreement
and plan that the judge laid out for him in order to
approve his release.

In a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania courtroom on Dec. 2, the
hometown rapper was released from the city jail after
receiving early parole, reports Philly.com .

As part of his parole agreement, Meek must complete a
plan of community service as well as treatment, according
to a spokeswoman for District Attorney Seth Williams .

For now, Meek is not allowed to travel until he completes
the parole agreement. Then, a judge can grant a motion to
allow him the ability to travel freely.
Meek was originally jailed for violating the terms of a
previous probation solely because it interfered with his tour
schedule at the time
